Watch the moment Ben Snook scored the opening goal for Fairford in their 3-0 win against Penn & Tyler’s Green in the Supplementary Cup.

For a split second Snook’s effort looked to have been cleared off the line before the officials awarded the goal.

Snook’s goal broke the deadlock in the match on 13 minutes as he headed a Jamie Reid cross which the officials judged to just creep over the line.

Despite enjoying the majority of the possession, Fairford failed to extend their lead in the first half and had to wait until nine minutes from time for their second.

Another fine ball from Reid cut through the Penn & Tyler’s defence allowing Dan Bailey to nick in and score.

Victory was sealed on 90 minutes when substitute Jon Thomas latched onto a long ball forward to score.
