Midfielder Brad Hooper is expecting a tough test when Swindon Supermarine travel to neighbours Highworth Town in the FA Trophy on Saturday.
Hooper admitted the tie is a big game for both clubs and expects local rivals Highworth to be well up for the match.
“They (local derbies) are always big games, it is a local derby whether it is a pre-season friendly or what ever,” said Hooper.
“More importantly though it is the FA Trophy and we want to progress.
“It is going to be a tough task. We have to go there and be professional and do the job.
“They’ll be good, they’ll be at it, they’ll want to beat us. It’ll be tough.”
Highworth will be without goalkeeper Connor Johns for the tie with Luke Kucynski taking over between the sticks.
Both Rob Dean (Highworth) and Matt Liddiard (Supermarine) are suspended for the clash.
Tickets are still available and can be purchased at Highworth Town Football Club from 7pm-9.3opm on Friday night.
