Swindon Supermarine boss Lee Spalding is relishing the chance to cause an upset in the FA Trophy on Saturday when they travel to Bath City.
Spalding’s men go into the third round tie as underdogs against National League South outfit and the Supermarine boss believes his side have every chance of progressing further in the competition.
“I’m confident with the group of players we have that if we play to our full potential then there is no reason why we cannot get a result,” said Spalding.
“The players are hungry. They are looking forward to the game.
“They are the league above and one of the better sides in the league. With cup ties it is really how you approach it on the day.
“It is going to be really tough, we are under no illusions about that. We have got to go there and give it everything we have got.”
