Watch this moment from the local derby between Purton and Cricklade Town where the visitors felt the hosts should have been reduced to 10 men.

The referee’s decision however was a yellow card for the foul and Purton went on to win the derby 4-2.

Jack Duckers gave Purton the lead when he tapped home from Will Backhouse’s set up to notch his sixth goal of the season.

Luke Richards fired Cricklade level on 23 minutes when he scored from a goalmouth scramble after Purton keeper Luke Kuczynski failed to deal with a ball into the box.

Second half goals for Purton from Sam English, Andy Bilko and Tom McCulloch against his former club, with just a Chris Tewkesbury goal in reply for Cricklade, ensured that it was Purton who claimed the bragging rights.
