Purton claimed victory in this Division 27 clash, winning by 10 wickets after surpassing Swindon United Churches’ total of 125-10.
Elijah Samuel (74 not out) and Jack Goodwin (47 not out) were the stars with the bat as they brought Purton home in just 21.2 overs.
Goodwin also starred with the ball as he took two wickets along with Callum Flay while Callum Wright was the best of the Purton bowlers taking three wickets for just 12 runs.
The result keeps Purton top of the division, one point ahead of Malmesbury.
