Watch all the highlights as Shrivenham won 5-0 at New College Swindon in Hellenic League Division One West.
The victory moved Gareth Davies’ side up into sixth in the standings whilst New College remain second bottom with just one win to their name.
Shrivvy took the lead on 13 minutes when Josh Morse fired an unstoppable shot past Sam Ayres.
The visitors continued to create chances with Josh Fowler heading over Luke Cordery’s cross before Ayres produced a good save from Morse’s header with Mani Roper firing over the rebound.
It was soon 2-0 when skipper Jamie Prictor set up Robbie Hendry to finish low to Ayres’ left.
Prictor then got himself in on the act with a powerful low finish after good work from Roper.
The hosts had a goal ruled out for offside before a long-range effort from Louis O’Shea was comfortably held by Shrivenham stopper Connor Johns.
The game followed much the same pattern in the second half with Davies’ side in control from the off.
Shrivenham scored their fourth three minutes into the second half with Fowler poking home after Prictor’s shot was blocked into his path.
Roper then hit the bar before he provided a through-ball for Morse who grabbed his second goal on debut with a neat finish to complete the scoring.
Both sides return to action on Saturday as they both hit the road for away matches with New College travelling to Tytherington Rocks and Shrivenham at Cirencester Town Development.
