Ashton Glover began the new year in style as he grabbed a treble for Premier Division leaders Bakers Arms in a 4-0 rout against Wroughton Reserves.

Jason McGovern was also on target for Bakers as they stretched their lead at the top of the table to seven points although second placed Tawny Owl do have three games in hand.

All other games in the division were postponed due to waterlogged or frozen pitches.

In Division One, leaders Ruby Removals were without a game but Marlborough Reserves missed the chance to close the gap at the top after losing 3-2 against New Town Allstars.

Elliot Smith and Nathan Good scored for Marlborough but a Jason Castle double helped New Town to victory.

Third-placed North Swindon stormed to a 7-1 against Brockhill with Aaron Williams scoring four.

Jason Hodson scored a brace while Adam Harman added the other goal for North Swindon.

In the only other game to survive the weather, Moredon and Haydon Wick stared the points in a six-goal thriller.

On target for Haydon Wick was Tom Jewell, Mitchell Petrie and Reagan Periera.
